Mark Farber joined Churchill in 2024 after working with the firm for the past ten years. He is currently a Managing Director and the Head of Tax. Prior to joining Churchill, Mark ran a boutique tax consulting firm that focused on the taxation of international financial services companies. In this role, he managed the tax function at many premier global banks, worked on bank restructurings, and advised international banks of their capital market activities, and the impact global transactions could have on their U.S. tax liability. Mark received a B.S. in Economics Accounting from Queens College, an M.B.A. in Finance and Taxation from Baruch College, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
