Karl Castedo joined Churchill in 2021 and is currently a Vice President of Asset Management responsible for onboarding and managing active loans in Churchill’s Whole Loan portfolio, building detailed reporting, loan servicing, and loss mitigation. Prior to joining Churchill, Karl worked at AmeriSave Mortgage Corp., where he led a team of junior underwriters. Earlier in his career, Karl worked at U.S. Customs & Border Protection. Karl received an M.S. in Finance and Investment Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a B.S.B.A. from the State University of New York.
