Joe Grogan joined Churchill in 2024 and is currently the Chief Compliance Officer overseeing the compliance functions at the firm. Joe is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the firm’s compliance policies and procedures, providing training and guidance to staff, and managing relationships with regulatory bodies. Prior to joining Churchill, Joe worked at Axonic Capital LLC for six years, where he managed and administered the compliance program. Earlier in his career, Joe worked as a Chief Compliance Officer at Claren Road Asset Management, LLC, and, previously, held compliance roles at Protégé Partners, LLC and Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC. Joe received an M.B.A. from Fordham University, Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
