Jeffrey Rosenfeld is a Director and Co-Head of Originations for Institutional Property Loans responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring construction and bridge loans. Since joining Churchill in 2019, Jeffrey has led the execution of over $1.5 billion in construction and bridge financing. Previously, Jeff worked at Blumenfeld Development Group for three years, where he was involved in the development of $250 million worth of residential and industrial properties. Jeff received a B.A. in Finance from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
