Clay Marlar is Vice President of Whole Loan Originations at Churchill, where he is responsible for the underwriting operation across the firm’s whole loan acquisition platform spanning fix-and-flip, bridge, new construction, and DSCR. Before joining Churchill in 2024, Clay spent five years at Lima One Capital as a senior underwriter within the strategic accounts division. He holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.
