Sarper Beyazyurek joined Churchill in 2019 and is currently a Principal responsible for the portfolio management and risk management of U.S. real estate strategies. Prior to joining Churchill, Sarper worked at Wells Fargo Securities, where he managed the firm’s approximately $5 billion mortgage finance whole loan portfolio and oversaw the analysis, valuation, and pricing of non-performing, re-performing, and REO assets. Earlier in his career, Sarper was the lead risk manager at Ally Bank. Sarper received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an M.S. in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
