Jason Zhang joined Churchill in 2021 and is currently a Managing Director of Structured Lending responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring repurchase facilities against residential mortgages as well as ongoing portfolio management. Since joining Churchill, Jason has led the execution of over $5 billion in warehouse facility transactions. Prior to joining Churchill, Jason analyzed and financed various residential mortgage strategies at Wells Fargo Securities and earlier worked at BAML as an ABS banker, leading the origination and execution of ABS transactions. Jason received a B.S. from Virginia Tech.
